These potatoes are NEVER sprayed, 100% organic and all natural. These potatoes have not been treated with sprout inhibitor so please consume quickly or store in fridge because they will want to grow!

*Potatoes will arrive dirty, straight from the ground. This is on purpose so the taters don't take on extra moisture. 
*Please wash before consuming and if you are not going to eat them quickly, wash them and put them in the fridge. 
*FYI: Long refirdgerator storage will cause the startches in the potatoes to convert to sugars which can slightly change the texture and nutritional value.
