SHIPPING POLICY

We use USPS to ship and track all our packages. All shipments will come with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the listing.

Occasionally large and/or combined shipments may cost less than what you've paid. In these instances, shipping overages will be refunded immediately upon shipment. 

​

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before checking out, as to not slow down your shipment. If you noticed a problem with your address please notify us immediately.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non perishable products. 

Please contact us within 2 days of product arriving to request a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges will be at the buyers expense unless otherwise discussed. 

​

Returns and exchanges that are not accepted are as follows:

*Food items. including but no limited to:

-Jam, Dried Herbs, Spices, Teas, etc..

* Body Care Items 

* Any used products that have been tried on/worn/damaged Etc.

If products are returned damaged, a refund will not be issued.

​

If products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will find a solution asap.
